Detta lyxiga hotell ligger i en restaurerad chokladfabrik från 1850-talet och har en prisbelönt restaurang. Rummen är rymliga, unikt inredda och har egen balkong. Marknaden Saint Lawrence ligger 8 minuters promenad bort.

Handgjorda sängar med italienska sängkläder finns i varje rum på The Ivy at Verity. Rummen har platt-TV och dockningsstation för iPod. Det stora badrummet i marmor har lyxiga badprodukter och en badrock.

Restaurangen George på The Ivy at Verity Toronto använder säsongens råvaror och erbjuder en mängd olika à la carte-rätter. Ett stort urval av viner finns också att välja mellan. På morgonen serveras en kontinental frukost.
